Yes! For one day, on Sunday, August 18th, the festival is open to all ages. We have events that appeal to kids such as nature scavenger hunts, family yoga, face painting activities, and hula hooping. The other two days, Saturday 8/17 and Monday 8/19 are age restricted to 15 years and older. *Please note that this is not a kid centered event, it is yoga centered, and there is no childcare available. All children are required to be under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian 18 years or older.

Is swimming allowed?
No. There are no water activities scheduled this year. Due to algae blooms happening all over New Hampshire in our freshwater lakes, we have decided to forgo any water activities. No wading or swimming is permitted.

No. This is a dry event, and no alcohol is being served or permitted.
Is there drinking water available?
Yes! There are free water stations in a variety of places around the festival. Please bring a refillable water bottle. We strongly discourage single use bottles, and will have water bottles available for sale if you do not bring one of your own.

No, there are many things to do besides yoga that will appeal to a broad audience. If you are not a seasoned yogi, fear not. However, we have talented instructors that are offering classes that are accessible to any skill level. If you’re curious about yoga and have never tried it, this is a great place to start!
What if it rains?
The show must go on! This is a rain or shine event, and a little rain won’t stop us! There are many areas that are either indoors or tented. If mother nature decides that's what the day brings, we will dance in the rain!
What kind of shoes should I wear?
The venue, Lantern Light Camps, holds 365 acres of nature! The main roadway and festival grounds are about a third of a mile along a dirt road that borders the shoreline of Northwood Lake. Plan for a fair amount of walking, and wear comfortable shoes.
